Digital Inclusion across Cheshire, Halton and Warrington refers to the multitude of efforts taking place to ensure all individuals and communities have access to use digital technologies. Importantly, to support the access individuals need support and intervention to ensure they operate digital technologies safely to avoid scams. Bridging the gap on the digital divide is the core focus of Inclusion activities.
