Fullcolour.com is a trade and commercial litho printers serving a UK wide customer base. We print brochures, stationery, leaflets, banners, folders, pads etc from a few to 100,000’s.
Why did you want to take part in the Digital Cheshire Programme?
Post Covid we are radically having to rethink our business, and as a result our marketing. We therefore are taking every opportunity to develop our marketing skills, knowledge and awareness to ensure we make the right decisions.
How did the Digital Cheshire Programme benefit your business?
We have attended several masterclasses as part of the Digital Cheshire programme including Developing a Digital Marketing Strategy, Creating Digital Marketing campaigns and a Linked In Clinic, each one having given clarity to what we should be doing as a business.
We have been able to take this learning and directly incorporate it into our marketing plans as we move the business forward. This has enabled us to identify new leads and secure additional business on the back of the changes we have applied.
Since attending the Digital Cheshire Programme have you made any changes?
Lots! Even though we attended a variety of masterclasses spread across different themes, there are lots of interlinked elements as they all incorporate a digital approach to growing your business.
Our thinking and approach to marketing has therefore been developed thanks to the programme, which has been reflected in our future growth plans for the business and investments we now make into marketing.
How have you found the support provided by the Digital Cheshire programme?
The support from the programme has been rewarding, from the quality of the content within the courses to the presenters’ delivering masterclasses to a very high standard.
The masterclasses really have been invaluable and a great investment of our time to take part.
